Terms and Conditions
The terms and conditions along with the privacy policy constitute a legal agreement and a conclusive proof that the availer of the service shall abide by the terms and conditions and respect the privacy policy of POSI Registry App and shall not hold POSI Registry App liable for any loss that arises out of such act or omission on the part of the user thereof. The agreement is published in compliance of the provisions mentioned in the following Acts. The agreement is majorly governed by the following legislations and also other legislations and rules which are present and binding at the time of this agreement coming into force:

Agreement between Healthcare Professional and POSI Registry App
Welcome to POSI Registry App . POSI Registry App (“POSI Registry App ”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the website located at POSI Registry App.com and other related websites and mobile applications (POSI Registry App for doctors), with links to these Terms of Use (collectively, the “POSI Registry App ”). POSI Registry App is comprised of web application for use by Healthcare Professionals (“Healthcare Professionals”, "you", "your", “user”, “doctor”). POSI Registry App is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the "Terms"). The Terms govern your access or use, from within India and its states and possessions, of the applications, websites, content, products, and services (the "Services," as more fully defined below).
We offer services (the “Services”) enabling you to professionally manage your Patients’ ("Patient", "End User") health history and early detection. The Services comprise web applications and related services (each, an "Application"), which enable healthcare professionals to upload an X-Ray.
You agree that by clicking “Register”, “Sign Up” or similar, registering, accessing or using our POSI Registry App , you are agreeing to enter into a legally binding contract with POSI Registry App team (even if you are using our POSI Registry App on behalf of a company). Your use of POSI Registry App constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these terms carefully, and keep a copy of them for your reference.
POSI Registry App may amend the Terms from time to time. Amendments will be effective from the time POSI Registry App posts such updated Terms at this location or in the amended policies or supplemental terms on the applicable Service(s). Your continued access or use of the POSI Registry App after such posting confirms your consent to be bound by the Terms, as amended.
Healthcare Professional Account
When you download or access POSI Registry App , you are required to create an account (“Account”) by entering an email address, password, personal identity information, medical credentials, payment account, and certain other information collected by POSI Registry App (collectively “account information”). It is your responsibility to keep your account information updated at all times. You must be at least legal age and legally licensed to practise to form a binding contract. If you don’t have the legal rights to practise healthcare, you may not register to use POSI Registry App services.
You agree that the Account Information that you provide to us at all times, including during registration and in any information you upload to the POSI Registry App , will be true, accurate, current, and complete. You cannot transfer or share your account credentials/password with anyone, or create more than one Account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account password and for all activities that occur under your Account.
You are expected to maintain confidentiality of your Patient data at all times as stipulated under the local country laws or in India the Indian Medical Council (Professional conduct, Etiquette and Ethics) Regulations, 2002. POSI Registry App reserves the right to take any and all action, as it deems necessary or reasonable, regarding the security of the POSI Registry App , Patient Information and your Account Information. You are solely responsible and liable for your Patient Health Records and any information provided to us including but not limited to the content in them. It is further understood by the Healthcare Professional that the information that is disclosed by the Patient at the time of consultation or through any electronic communication is protected personal information and is subject to all applicable privacy laws as applicable in the country of your practice. You also agree to let patients know if there is a breach of their personal data.
POSI Registry App reserves the right to refuse the service to any Healthcare Professional.
In no event and under no circumstances shall POSI Registry App be held liable to Healthcare Professional for any liabilities or damages resulting from or arising out of your use of the POSI Registry App , or Healthcare Professional use of the Account Information or your release of the Account Information to a third party.
You may not use anyone else's account at any time. POSI Registry App reserves the right to investigate and bring claims for violations of any of the above to the fullest extent of the law.
Geographical Restrictions
POSI Registry App makes no representation that all products, services and/or material described on the POSI Registry App , or the Services available through the POSI Registry App , are appropriate or available for use in locations outside of India.
Fees, Charges, Billing Terms and Schedule
The service at this time incurs no fees or charges. In case of there being any technical issues or failure, at the time of transaction and there is a problem in using our service, you could contact posiregistry@gmail.com.
Privacy
Your use of POSI Registry App for doctors is subject to POSI Registry App 's Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the POSI Registry App and informs users of our data collection practices.
Electronic Communications
Visiting POSI Registry App or sending emails to POSI Registry App constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically, via email and on the POSI Registry App , satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Children Under Eighteen
You should not knowingly collect in POSI Registry App , either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of eighteen unless it is medically necessary for you to deliver your healthcare services for diagnosis or treatment purposes of such patients. If you are under 18, you may not use POSI Registry App . POSI Registry App shall not be held liable for any acts or omissions done by you in the event of violation of this clause.
Links to Third Party Sites/Third Party Services
POSI Registry App may contain links to other websites ("Linked Sites"). The Linked Sites are not under the control of POSI Registry App and POSI Registry App is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Site, including without limitation any link contained in a Linked Site, or any changes or updates to a Linked Site. POSI Registry App is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by POSI Registry App of the site or any association with its operators.
POSI Registry App helps by providing tools for early detection. In the event of integration of third party software to the POSI Registry App platform, you agree that we are not responsible for the performance of these services. POSI Registry App may contain links to third party websites as a convenience to you and your Patient. POSI Registry App is not a payment gateway or merchant account provider and we do not assume any direct or indirect liability or responsibility for your agreements with third party gateways supported on our platform.
Certain services made available via POSI Registry App are delivered by third party sites and organizations. By using any product, service or functionality originating from the POSI Registry App domain, you hereby acknowledge and consent that POSI Registry App may share such information and data with any third party with whom POSI Registry App has a contractual relationship to provide the requested product, service or functionality on behalf of POSI Registry App for doctors users and customers.
Regulation of Unlawful or Prohibited Use of Intellectual Property
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use POSI Registry App for doctors strictly in accordance with these terms of use. As a condition of your use of the POSI Registry App , you warrant to POSI Registry App that
you shall not use the POSI Registry App for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.

You shall not modify, publish, transmit, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, translate, decipher, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit any of the content, trade secrets, in whole or in part, found on the POSI Registry App . POSI Registry App content is not for resale. You shall not rent, lease, loan, trade, sell/re-sell or otherwise monetize the POSI Registry App or related data or access to the same, without our consent.
Your use of the POSI Registry App does not entitle you to make any unauthorized use of any protected content, and in particular you will not delete or alter any proprietary rights or attribution notices in any content. You shall make no other use of the content without the express written permission of POSI Registry App and the copyright owner.
You agree that you do not acquire any ownership rights in any protected content. We do not grant you any licenses, express or implied, to the intellectual property of POSI Registry App or our licensors except as expressly authorized by these Terms.
You shall not create an account with false information or impersonate any other person or business. You shall not monitor the POSI Registry App ’s availability, performance or functionality for any competitive purpose. You shall not engage in simulating the appearance or function of the POSI Registry App .
You shall not interfere with the operation of, or place an unreasonable load or anything that exceeds reasonable request volume on, the POSI Registry App (e.g., denial of service attack, spam, gaming algorithms, viruses).
You shall not use manual or automated methods or scripts or bots or other means to access the POSI Registry App , add or download Patient Data, Healthcare Professionals Data, Account information, send or redirect messages.
You shall not post anything that contains software viruses, worms, or any other harmful
code.
You shall not disclose information that you do not have the consent to disclose
(such as confidential information of others (including your Patients).
You shall not develop or use software or any other means or processes to scrape
POSI Registry App or otherwise copy profiles and other confidential data from the POSI Registry App . International Users The Service is controlled, operated and administered by POSI Registry App from our offices
within India. If you access the Service from a location outside the India, you alone shall be responsible for
compliance with all local laws. You agree that you shall not use the POSI Registry App Content accessed through
POSI Registry App for doctors in any country or in any manner prohibited by any applicable laws, restrictions or
regulations. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless POSI Registry App , its officers,
directors, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including
reasonable attorney's fees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the POSI Registry App or
services, any user postings made by you, your violation of any terms of this Agreement or your violation of
any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations.
POSI Registry App reserves the right, at its own cost, to assume the exclusive defense and
control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will fully cooperate
with POSI Registry App in asserting any available defenses. Arbitration In the event the parties are not able to resolve any dispute between them arising
out of or concerning these Terms and Conditions, or any provisions hereof, whether in contract, tort, or
otherwise at law or in equity for damages or any other relief, then such dispute shall be determined by
arbitration in India, before a sole arbitrator appointed by POSI Registry App . Arbitration shall be conducted in
accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of such arbitration shall be Thrissur,
Kerala, India. All proceedings of such arbitration, including, without limitation, any awards, shall be in the
English language. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties to the dispute. This
arbitration provision shall survive the termination of these Terms and Conditions. Class Action Waiver You hereby agree that any arbitration under these Terms and Conditions will take
place on an individual basis; class arbitrations and class/representative/collective actions are not
permitted. THE PARTIES AGREE THAT A PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN EACH'S INDIVIDUAL
CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PUTATIVE CLASS, COLLECTIVE AND/ OR REPRESENTATIVE
PROCEEDING, SUCH AS IN THE FORM OF A PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION AGAINST THE OTHER. Further, unless both
you and POSI Registry App agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims, and may
not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding. Liability Disclaimer THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES INCLUDED IN OR AVAILABLE THROUGH
THE POSI Registry App MAY INCLUDE INACCURACIES OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS. CHANGES ARE PERIODICALLY ADDED TO THE
INFORMATION HEREIN. POSI Registry App AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS MAY MAKE IMPROVEMENTS AND/OR CHANGES IN THE SITE AT ANY
TIME. POSI Registry App AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE SUITABILITY,
RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, TIMELINESS, AND ACCURACY OF THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND
RELATED GRAPHICS CONTAINED ON THE POSI Registry App FOR ANY PURPOSE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW,
ALL SUCH INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY
OR CONDITION OF ANY KIND. POSI Registry App AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH
REGARD TO THIS INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND
NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL POSI Registry App
AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT
OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE POSI Registry App , WITH THE DELAY OR INABILITY TO USE
THE POSI Registry App OR RELATED SERVICES, THE PROVISION OF OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE SERVICES, OR FOR ANY INFORMATION,
SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SITE, OR OTHERWISE ARISING OUT OF THE
USE OF THE SITE, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF POSI Registry App
OR ANY OF ITS SUPPLIERS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGES. BECAUSE SOME STATES/JURISDICTIONS DO
NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE
LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY PORTION OF THE SITE, OR WITH ANY OF THESE
TERMS OF USE, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THE SITE.
IT SHALL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONAL TO ENSURE THAT HE
FULFILLS THE LEGAL COMPLIANCES SUCH AS THE ONES MENTIONED IN THE DRUGS AND COSMETICS ACT, 1940 AND ALSO SUCH
OTHER LAWS AT FORCE. IT SHALL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONAL TO ENSURE THAT THE
INFORMATION PROVIDED BY AND TO THE PATIENT IS ACCURATE AND NOT INCOMPLETE. IT IS FURTHER TO BE NOTED BY THE
HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONAL THAT IN CASE OF ANY LEGAL DISPUTE ARISING BETWEEN THE HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONAL AND THE
PATIENT DUE TO SOME ERROR OR OMISSION ON THE PART OF THE FORMER, POSI Registry App SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THE SAME AND
SHALL NOT BE A PARTY TO THE LEGAL DISPUTE. IT SHALL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONAL TO OBTAIN PRIOR
INFORMED CONSENT FROM THE PATIENT BEFORE CARRYING OUT DIAGNOSTIC TESTS AND THERAPEUTIC MANAGEMENT. POSI Registry App IS NOT A HOSPITAL. ALL HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONALS WHO DELIVER “SERVICES”
THROUGH POSI Registry App ARE INDEPENDENT SELF REPRESENTED DOCTORS. ALL HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS ON THE POSI Registry App HOLD
PROFESSIONAL LICENSES ISSUED BY THE PROFESSIONAL LICENSING BOARDS IN THE STATES WHERE THEY PRACTICE. POSI Registry App
DOES NOT PRACTICE MEDICINE OR ANY OTHER LICENSED PROFESSION, AND DOES NOT INTERFERE WITH THE PRACTICE OF
MEDICINE OR ANY OTHER LICENSED PROFESSION BY HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS, EACH OF WHOM IS RESPONSIBLE FOR HIS OR
HER SERVICES AND COMPLIANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS APPLICABLE TO HIS OR HER PROFESSION AND LICENSE. ALL
HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS USING POSI Registry App ARE HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS REGISTERED WITH US. POSI Registry App IS NOT A
DISCOVERY SERVICE FOR PATIENTS TO LOOK UP DOCTORS IN THEIR AREA, NOR IS IT A DISCOVERY SERVICE FOR DOCTORS TO
LOOK UP PATIENTS IN THEIR AREA. THEREFORE, POSI Registry App DOES NOT INITIATE ANY KIND OF DOCTOR TO PATIENT
COMMUNICATION OR VICE VERSA. POSI Registry App FACILITATES 1:1 PAYMENT TRANSACTIONS BETWEEN DOCTOR AND THEIR PATIENTS
FOR PRESCRIPTIONS AND PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL ADVICES, HELPS THE DOCTORS PROFESSIONALLY MANAGE THEIR PATIENTS,
AND GATHER MEDICAL DATA FROM PATIENTS TO AID WITH DIAGNOSIS.
WE PROVIDE CERTAIN COMMUNICATIONS TO HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS AND PATIENTS AS PART
OF THE CONSULTATIONS SUCH AS NOTIFICATIONS, PAYMENT UPDATES, ADMINISTRATIVE MESSAGES AND REMINDERS, PAYMENT
LINKS etc. THESE COMMUNICATIONS ARE CONSIDERED PART OF THE SERVICES AND HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS ACCOUNT.
WHILE SECURE ELECTRONIC MESSAGING IS ALWAYS PREFERRED TO INSECURE EMAIL OR SMS, UNDER CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES,
INSECURE SMS OR EMAIL COMMUNICATION CONTAINING PERSONAL HEALTH INFORMATION MAY TAKE PLACE BETWEEN THE PATIENT
AND DOCTOR FOR WHICH POSI Registry App IS NOT RESPONSIBLE IN ANY MANNER TO INFLICT LIABILITY UPON US. AT POSI Registry App , WE
CANNOT ENSURE THE SECURITY OR CONFIDENTIALITY OF MESSAGES SENT BY EMAIL OR SMS OR POSI Registry App BUBBLE TECHNOLOGY.
THAT SAID, WE HAVE TAKEN SIGNIFICANT STEPS IN SECURING THE PROTOCOL USED AS TRANSPORT FOR COMMUNICATION, AND
ENCRYPTION TO SAFEGUARD TRANSFER , TRANSMISSION(DIGITALLY SIGNED OBJECTS DURING INFORMATION EXCHANGE), AND
STORAGE OF DATA (ENCRYPTS ALL DATA BEFORE IT IS WRITTEN TO DISK USING 256-BIT ADVANCED ENCRYPTION STANDARD).
WE EMPLOY REASONABLE PHYSICAL, ELECTRONIC AND MANAGERIAL SECURITY METHODS TO HELP PROTECT AGAINST UNAUTHORIZED
ACCESS TO PERSONAL INFORMATION. BUT IT IS EXPLICITLY STATED BY US THAT NO DATA TRANSMISSION OVER THE INTERNET
OR DATA STORAGE FACILITY CAN BE GUARANTEED TO BE PERFECTLY SECURE. AS A RESULT, WHILE WE TRY TO PROTECT YOUR
PATIENT DATA, WE CANNOT ENSURE OR GUARANTEE THE SECURITY OF ANY INFORMATION YOU TRANSMIT TO US. WE CONTINUE TO
INVEST IN THIS AREA HEAVILY TO ACHIEVE HIGHEST COMPLIANCE ACROSS THE WORLD.
THE HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONAL UNDERSTANDS THAT POSI Registry App MAKES NO PROMISE OR GUARANTEE
FOR ANY UNINTERRUPTED COMMUNICATION AND THE HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONAL SHALL NOT HOLD POSI Registry App LIABLE, IF FOR ANY
REASON THE COMMUNICATION IS NOT DELIVERED TO THE PATIENT(S), OR ARE DELIVERED LATE OR NOT ACCESSED, DESPITE
THE EFFORTS UNDERTAKEN BY POSI Registry App . HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS ARE RESPONSIBLE TO NOTIFY AND COUNSEL PATIENTS ABOUT
WHEN,WHERE AND HOW TO GET EMERGENCY CARE. IF YOU ESTIMATE THAT A PHYSICAL EXAMINATION OR A FACE TO FACE
CONSULTATION OR A HOSPITAL ADMISSION IS REQUIRED FOR YOUR PATIENT, IT IS YOUR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY TO INFORM
THE PATIENT DURING THE CALL OR PHONE CONVERSATION WITH SUCH PATIENT IMMEDIATELY AND NOT WAIT FOR THE WRITTEN
PRESCRIPTION OR BUBBLE TO BE SENT. IN CASE OF ANY NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF THE USER IN ACTING ON THE SAME AND
THE CONDITION OF THE PATIENT DETERIORATES, POSI Registry App SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE. THE LIABILITY OF POSI Registry App ONLY EXTENDS TO NON PAYMENT OF THE AMOUNT DUE TO THE
HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONAL AFTER DEDUCTING OUR CHARGES AND FEES. Termination/Access Restriction POSI Registry App reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to
the POSI Registry App and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. To the maximum
extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Kerala, India and you hereby
consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Kerala in all disputes arising out of or relating
to the use of the POSI Registry App . Use of the POSI Registry App is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect
to all provisions of these Terms, including, without limitation, this section. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship
exists between you and POSI Registry App as a result of this agreement or use of the POSI Registry App . POSI Registry App 's performance
of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in
derogation of POSI Registry App 's right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or
requirements relating to your use of the Site or information provided to or gathered by POSI Registry App with respect
to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable
law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then
the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most
closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in
effect. Subject to applicable law, POSI Registry App reserves the right to maintain, delete or
destroy all communications and materials posted or uploaded to the POSI Registry App by a Healthcare Professional
pursuant to its internal record retention and/or content destruction policies. After such termination,
POSI Registry App will have no further obligation to provide the Services. Incase you decide to withdraw from the platform of POSI Registry App out of your free will
or get terminated on the grounds of malpractice, the datas received by you in the platform shall not be given
to you in a portable format. You shall not demand the datas stored by POSI Registry App . POSI Registry App reserves the right
to retain and store such data for future references.
POSI Registry App reserves the right to terminate the healthcare professional from its
platform if any of the authorized person find that you have committed any malpractice of any form. For
example, using the services of POSI Registry App and circumventing the payment process inorder to increase your profit
also construes to be a malpractice according to our terms. Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement
between the user and POSI Registry App with respect to the POSI Registry App and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous
communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and POSI Registry App with respect
to the POSI Registry App . A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be

The privacy policy along with terms and conditions constitute a legal agreement and a conclusive proof that the availer of the service shall adhere to the privacy policy and follow the terms and conditions of POSI Registry App and shall not hold POSI Registry App liable for any loss that arises out of such act or omission on the part of the user thereof. Use of Patient Data Information
As stated above, POSI Registry App collection of Personally identifiable information (PII) is premised on helping your Patients with a better user experience. Healthcare Professionals input PII from their Patients in order to diagnose problems. Healthcare Professionals through the privacy and terms of service affirm to protect the confidentiality of Patient data at all times. POSI Registry App does NOT store patient health records (This record may include patient personal information, test results, diagnoses, medications, prescription, notes, data shared by Patients for any kind of co-relation), and information you enter into the POSI Registry App app about Patient medical condition. We do not disclose this information and you also affirm via the privacy terms that you cannot disclose this or EVEN STORE this information to anyone except in the case of healthcare professional referrals with mutual consent with Patient and it is deemed medically necessary.
The Healthcare Professional and Patient Data you enter into the POSI Registry App will be used in an anonymized form (i.e we remove personally identifying information from it) to improve the services we provide. For example, we may use the diagnosis data (results) to know trends in diseases in certain localities. Some of this data is used for internal operations, including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research and service improvement. When such data is used, we removed Patient name and any other personally identifying information from it.
Sharing Information with Third Parties
POSI Registry App does not sell, rent or lease its Patient or Healthcare Professional lists to third parties. POSI Registry App may share data with trusted partners to help perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support.
